  • Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.

Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or management preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail or supervisory roles is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
