Description
- Welcome and assist customers in finding and purchasing the required merchandise in a retail environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and policies regarding payment and exchanges.
- Continuously update on the product range and industry trends.
- Handle cash transactions and manage inventory stock.
- Maintain the store's visual appearance to Ace Hardware Philippines' standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, customer service skills, and basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assisting customers, maintaining sales floor standards, and processing sales transactions.
