On-Call Stockman – Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stocks and deliveries.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and transferring items to designated storage areas.
• Prepare and release requested stocks, supplies, and materials to assigned departments or outlets.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and storage of items following FIFO procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom or warehouse area.
• Support inventory counting, stock audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel and operations team regarding stock requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of perishable, fragile, and sensitive items.
• Follow company safety, sanitation, and operational procedures at all times.
• Willing to work on-call and report at least five (5) days a week based on operational requirements.
• Perform other warehouse and stock-related tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational graduate; college level is an advantage.
• With experience in warehouse, inventory, or stock handling is preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items.
• Flexible and willing to work on-call schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.
• Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work efficiently under minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
