1. Resolve customer complaints

2. Orient each new hire on the basics of the facility and explain the training schedule

3. Enforce all company policies and procedures

4. Create and maintain employee schedules

5. Review timecards and employee schedules, ensure all shifts are covered

6. Enforce progressive discipline policy with counseling sessions and written warnings when necessary.

7. Observes safety and the need for continuous awareness of the company on-going safety rules and practices

8. Complies and ensures implementation of all company policies, rules and regulations.

9. Housekeeping practice of 5s

10. Perform other related tasks  

• 4 yrs college graduate of any business related course
• With at least 3 yrs work experience as Sales Supervisor / Operations Supervisor
• With strong leadership skill
• Can lead and handle people
• Willing to assign in any branch.
