The station in-charge generally oversees the daily operation of the station at the same time consistently implements the Shell's basic operational and ensures compliance of the station. Aside from manpower monitoring, scheduling and preventive maintenance concerns, the station in-charge is also entrusted with the custody of daily sales of the station cash counts, deposits preparation and executions' of daily reports in sales, fleet cards and and credit cards settlements among others.

• Graduate of business course with supervisory work-related experience preferably in gasoline station, if possible a resident in General Santos City or nearby the municipalities.
• Results Driven and Team player.
• Proficient in computer operation with a good mathematical ability.
• Good in leadership and organizational skills.
• Good in verbal and written communication skills.
• With basic knowledge in finance and accounting
• Hardworking with good judgement of priorities.
• Must be organize and keen to details.
• Able to handle work related pressures while still maintains a positive disposition.
• With SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and Tax Identification Number (TIN)
