Base Rate: Php 200 per hour

• Fluent English speaker 
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1 year ESL Teaching Experience (Online) 
• NBI Clearance
• TEFL certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

• Desktop or laptop: Intel i5 (10th gen) or higher, Windows 10 or higher 
• 8GB RAM or higher
• CPU score of at least 3500 or above
• Essential peripherals: 1080P webcam, noise-canceling headphones
• Minimum 25 Mbps network speed (wired network recommended)
• Backup power stations lasting at least 8 hours
• 15 mbps Backup internet (excluding mobile hotspots)

Others:

• Must be willing to go through intensive training and account screening process.
• Schedule preference can be requested, but final schedule is subject to position availability.
