Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform hemodialysis treatment in accordance with established protocols and standards.

• Assess, monitor, and document patients’ vital signs before, during, and after dialysis.

• Operate and maintain dialysis machines and related equipment.

• Administer medications as prescribed.

• Respond promptly to dialysis-related emergencies and complications.

• Ensure strict compliance with infection control and safety standards.

• Provide patient education regarding dialysis care and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with active PRC license.

• Minimum of 1 year hemodialysis experience.

• Must have the following certifications:

o ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

o BLS (Basic Life Support)

o Hemodialysis Training Certificate

• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

• Willing to work 6 days a week, 8 hours per day.
