DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prior experience working as a nursing assistant in a healthcare setting.
• Basic computer literacy to access patient records and documentation.
• Maintain and implement proper records management.
• Ensure confidentiality of information and documents at all times.
• Facilitates and assists employees in availing of healthcare services and the accident

insurance claims. 

• Attends to medical emergencies to ensure that employees are given the right kind of

first aid medication/attention and subsequent medical services.   

• Monitors charges and usages in the in-house healthcare and accident insurance and makes related reports regularly.   
• Coordinates with the Safety and Health Committee and Emergency Response Team.  
• Facilitates the implementation of the company’s program on drug testing and other health

and safety activities.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Must be very organized and customer service oriented.
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.  
• Must be flexible, resourceful and a team player.
• Preferably 1 year experience in Company, Industrial, Hospital or Clinic work  
• Has experience in Medical inventory, reports and APE.
