Staff Nurse

Job Summary

Calamba Medical Center, Inc. is seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to provide high-quality patient care and support healthcare teams in delivering safe and effective medical services. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report significant changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and health management.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC License.
• Preferably with hospital experience, but newly licensed nurses are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
