Description

  • Responsible for the direct and indirect nursing care of clients.
  • Delivers nursing care to clients within assigned areas, cognizant of the following key areas of responsibility:
  • Identifies and analyzes the nursing needs of clients
  • Provides sound decision making in the care of client considering their beliefs and values.
  • Performs age-specific safety measures in all aspects of client’s care.
  • Determines appropriate nursing care to address priority needs/problems.
  • Refers identified problem to appropriate individuals.
  • Establishes means of providing continuous client care.
  • Conforms with the ten (10) rights in medication administration and  health  therapeutics.
  • Performs comprehensive and systematic nursing assessments.
  • Formulates a plan of care in collaboration with the clients and other members of the health team.
  • Performs nursing activities effectively in a timely manner.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of nursing interventions.
  • Revises care plan based on expected outcomes.

Requirements

  • ResumeUpdated PRC IDDiploma / Transcript of RecordsCertificate of Trainings attended (BLS, ACLS, etc..), if there's anyCertificate of Employment (preferably in hospital experience), if there's any
