Description
- Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer or Industrial Engineer
- Knowledgeable in the Plastic Injection Moulding process
- Must be flexible, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Good communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer or Industrial Engineer
- Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates with relevant coursework or internships.
- Skills and Competencies: Possess a strong work ethic, aptitude for process improvement, and robust planning skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate production schedules, manage workflow, and ensure resources are utilized efficiently to meet production targets.
- Working Conditions: This role may require working in a fast-paced industrial environment, adhering to tight deadlines and dealing with production challenges.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of critical thinking to address operational hurdles effectively.
