We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to handle general finance and accounting responsibilities for our clients. This role involves working closely with the Accounting Head and Partner to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare journal entries, trial balances, and general ledgers.
• Generate monthly financial statements and reports.
• Handle BIR compliance documentation, including VAT, WT, EWT, and employee benefits.
• Compute payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Conduct client visits as needed.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Accounting Head or Partner.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification (preferred).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, tax, and audit.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must have high proficiency in accounting software and the MS Office Suite.
