Senior AccountantMust know the policy SOP for auditing

Conduct independent audits of financial and operational activities, systems, and processes within the organization.
Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices.
Identify and assess areas of financial, operational, and compliance risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Review and assess the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting audit findings, risk assessments, and recommendations for corrective actions.
Assist in the preparation of audit plans, including defining audit objectives, scope, and methodology.

Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, along with a CPA certification.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a corporate setting.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software, possess strong analytical skills, and have knowledge of auditing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial records, assist with audits, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
