Description

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support on policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Handle employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.

Requirements

  • Exposed to different facets of HR like payroll and employee engagement; but has extensive experience in leadership training: preparation and developing training modules, procedures for current and new employees, can present well, and with good communication.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry (strict requirement)
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with employees at all levels
