Description
- Execute plans to continuously improve the onboarding output and deliver oversupply of fleet trucks
- Identify fleet companies/organizations to tap to generate potential operator leads and champion the networking and relationship building
- Conduct driver recruitment events and activities to continuously build fleet operator pipeline
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reviews
- Review departmental processes and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvements
Requirement
- 2-3 years of fleet procurement / vendor management experience
- Experience in traditional logistics is a plus
- Must be good with data and keeping track of inventory
- Must be willing to report onsite in our Baguio Hub (Akada 8 Building, Dominican Hill Rd, Baguio City, Benguet)
