Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Spanish and English
- Resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally
- Maintain and update customer records
- Follow company processes and quality standards
- Escalate complex concerns when needed
Qualifications
- At least 2nd year college undergraduate (completed) – non-negotiable
- Proficient in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Open to no prior BPO or CSR experience
- Good communication and comprehension skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
