Spanish Bilingual

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice, chat, email, and other supported communication channels.
• Provide accurate, professional, and timely assistance to Spanish- and English-speaking customers.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively in English and conversational Spanish.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and established quality standards.
• Meet required performance, productivity, and customer service metrics.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach at all times.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate.
• Must have conversational Spanish skills; advanced certification is not required.
• Previous experience as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative is preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of BPO customer service experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite in either:
• Bridgetowne, Quezon City
• Ortigas, Pasig City
