Spanish Translator

The Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication via phone, email, or chat.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
• Strong Spanish and English communication skills (spoken and written).
• At least 2nd year college undergraduate or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in BPO or customer service environment is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and shifting schedule environment.
