Sous Chef

Job Description
- Assist the head chef in meal preparation and cooking.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Create new recipes and menu items.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- With 3-5 years of kitchen experience
- At least 1-2 years experience as a Line Cook or Chef de Partie
- With proven supervisory skills
- Proficient in food preparation, especially in designated stations
- Skilled in inventory and kitchen coordination
- Adherent to quality control and food safety standards
- Adept in monitoring and maintaining kitchen equipment
- Can work within Quezon City area
