Qualifications:

• Graduate of Culinary Arts, HRM, or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years kitchen experience, preferably in restaurant or cafe operations
• With supervisory or leadership experience in kitchen operations
• Strong knowledge in food preparation, kitchen organization, and sanitation
• Capable of managing kitchen staff and maintaining workflow efficiency
• Knowledgeable in food costing, portion control, and inventory management
• Able to work under pressure and manage peak-hour kitchen operations
• Creative, disciplined, and quality-oriented
• Willing to work on flexible schedules, weekends and holidays
• Strong sense of cleanliness, professionalism, and urgency

Preferred Extra Skills:

• Experience in Filipino and Italian cuisine
• Background in cafe-style menu development
• Knowledge of baking and pastry preparation
• Familiarity with HACCP and food safety standards
• Ability to train and mentor kitchen personnel
• Knowledgeable in kitchen documentation and production planning
• Can contribute to menu innovation and specials development
