Are you a skilled culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen? Chef's Secret Inc. is looking for a Sous Chef / Production Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will be the second-in-command to our Executive Chef. You will lead our kitchen staff, oversee large-scale food preparation, and make sure every dish is delicious, safe, and up to our high standards. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

• Education: A College Degree in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Services Management, or a similar field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience working in a central kitchen, commissary, hotel, or large restaurant. Experience as a Sous Chef is highly preferred.
• Culinary Skills: Advanced cooking and food presentation skills, with a passion for following recipes perfectly.
• Tech and Safety Savvy: Basic computer skills and strong knowledge of food safety and quality control systems.
• Leadership Skills: Great communication skills and the ability to train and guide others.
• Has a willingness to work in shifting schedule
