Description

We are a young and dynamic restaurant hailing from Siargao, and we are excited to open our first location in Makati. We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as we embark on this culinary journey.


Position: Sous Chef


Work Hours & Benefits:

Flexible to work morning or evening shifts, weekend shifts, overtime, on a broken schedule, and holidays.

Requirement

  • Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
  • Experience in Italian cuisine is preferable.
  • Proven management skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and standards.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
