1. Attends meetings with suppliers and clients; assists the sales team in clarifying technical concerns.

2. Provides technical input during solution design and proposal development.

3. Validates the bill of materials prepared by OpsTech Engineers.

4. Supports site inspections and pre-deployment assessments.

5. Ensures the project is deployed as committed to the client.

6. Monitors implementation milestones to ensure alignment with technical scope and timelines.

7. Assists in identifying and resolving technical issues during project implementation.

8. Stays up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and integration best practices.

9.Conducts technical site inspections and readiness checking.

10. Performs equipment setup, basic configuration, and on-site testing.

11.Reviews and organizes technical documentation (e.g., BOMs, wiring diagrams) as part of project preparation.

12.Assists in troubleshooting during installation and escalates issues as needed.

13.Documents technical findings, checklists, and site conditions.

14. Learns and applies AV/IT standards, integration principles, and project workflows.

15. Maintains professionalism in client-facing interactions and written communication; assists the sales team in clarifying technical concerns.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any computer-related course

• Must be amenable to work as an agency-based employee

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
