Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical support
• Skilled in requirements gathering and solution mapping
• Effective client communication and relationship management
• Experience assisting in system deployment, configuration, and go-live support
• Basic networking knowledge
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms and security best practices

Job Description:

• Conduct technical discussions, discovery meetings, and requirements analysis with prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and configuration specifications
• Assist the sales team in evaluating options and framing competitive solutions
• Conduct live product demos, proof-of-concept sessions, and technical walkthroughs
• Perform other duties related to the role as assigned by the immediate superior
