Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including panel mounting, wiring, and system connection.
2. Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure proper system operation.
3. Ensure all installations comply with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
4. Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for accurate installation.
5. Conduct maintenance and inspection of installed solar PV systems.
6. Assist in site assessment and preparation prior to installation.
7. Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of materials.
8. Prepare installation reports and required documentation.
9. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and team members on project requirements.
10. Provide basic user guidance on system operation and safety.
11. Other tasks that the Engineering Head/VP - Operations may assign

Qualifications Summary:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology or completion of Electrical Vocational Course.
2. 1–2 years’ experience in electrical works, solar PV installation, or construction (preferred); fresh graduates with relevant training may be considered.
3. Knowledge of DC/AC electrical systems and ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
4. Experience in solar rooftop installation, panel mounting, and wiring is an advantage.
5. Strong troubleshooting, testing, and repair skills.
6. Physically fit, willing to work outdoors and at heights.
7. Strong teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
8. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing work schedules.
9. With valid Driver’s License and able to drive.
10. Flexible, willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
