Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for the installation, wiring, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of solar PV electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.


Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related electrical equipment.

• Perform DC/AC wiring, cable laying, termination, and cable management.

• Install combiner boxes, distribution boxes, breakers, disconnects, and protection devices.

• Perform grounding and bonding of solar PV systems.

• Conduct electrical testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and commissioning support.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems.

• Assist with solar mounting, equipment installation, and related mechanical works.

• Identify electrical faults and perform repairs or component replacement.

• Follow electrical drawings, project specifications, and safety procedures.

• Maintain proper documentation and report work progress and technical issues.


Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience, completed apprenticeship program

• Electrical/EIM graduate or equivalent experience.

• Experience in electrical installation; solar PV experience is an advantage.

• Knowledge of AC/DC wiring, electrical tools, and testing equipment.

• Able to read basic electrical diagrams.

• TESDA NC II/EIM certification is an advantage.

• Physically fit and willing to work at heights, outdoors, and at different project sites.

• Safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Willing to start ASAP
