Job Description

Aces Solar Energy is a leader in the Power & Energy Resource industry, focused on providing sustainable solar solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Solar (PV) Power Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to approved specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding project requirements and progress.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and manpower allocation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
  • Enforce compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company safety policies.
  • Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Review and verify accomplishment reports, and project documentation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports for management.
  • Attend client meetings, site coordination meetings, and project inspections.
  • Resolve site issues and coordinate necessary actions with concerned departments.
  • Supervise and ensure their work complies with project specifications.
  • Ensure all project documentation, permits, and reports are complete and properly maintained.
  • Conduct project turnover and punch-list completion before project closeout.
  • Monitor employee attendance, performance, and discipline at the project site.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse, Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, and Safety teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Ensure client concerns and requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferably a Licensed Engineer
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in project management in solar installation projects.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
