- Install solar panels on residential and commercial properties.
- Perform system maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.

- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in solar panel installation.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting, solar system design, quality management, and operations management; skilled in Solidworks and teamwork.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Install, maintain, and repair solar panel systems, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and provide customer support.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in varying weather conditions; physical labor required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive team player.
