Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Solar Panel Installer to support our solar installation team. The role involves assisting in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar panel systems. No prior solar experience is required, but candidates must be willing to learn and be trained.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation of solar panels, mounting systems, and electrical components

Help with site preparation, material handling, and equipment setup

Support electricians and technicians during installation and maintenance work

Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

Perform basic construction and labor tasks as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas

Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate or equivalent

Willing to be trained and learn solar installation work

Willing to be assigned within Cebu and nearby areas

Solar installation experience is an advantage

Construction-related experience is also an advantage

Can work on the roof and outdoor conditions

Responsible, hardworking, and team player
