Overview

The role includes performing electrical works and other technical tasks required for project completion. The installer provides technical support by troubleshooting installation-related concerns when necessary.


Responsibility

The Solar Installer is responsible for installing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems based on project plans and company standards. They are also tasked with sorting, monitoring, and preparing tools and stock materials in the warehouse. Additionally, the Solar Installer must prepare and submit daily activity reports to document project progress and completed tasks.


Qualifications

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma, vocational certification, or technical training related to electrical works or solar installation. Previous experience in solar panel installation, electrical works, or construction-related fieldwork is an advantage. Applicants should have basic knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical tools, and safety procedures. The role requires physical fitness and the ability to work on-site under varying weather conditions. Candidates must be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
