Junior Software Tester

Job Description
- Conduct manual and automated testing on software applications.
- Identify, record, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Prepare detailed test plans and cases based on specifications.
- Participate in regression testing and performance evaluations.
- Report on testing progress and results to stakeholders.
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in software testing roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Software Testing, Functional Testing, System Testing, and Unit Testing.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Design and execute test plans, identify bugs, and ensure quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve occasional overtime to meet deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
