Description
- Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Oversee system upgrades and ensure the security of the IT infrastructure.
- Manage IT projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate user training and support for new systems and technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information
Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in information technology.
At least three (3) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience supporting manufacturing, ERP, warehouse, or production systems is
preferred.
