Position: IT Project Manager (Makati)

Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: Php 70,000 – Php 80,000 gross

Work Setup: Onsite

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or IT projects

Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and SAP/ERP is a plus

Job Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end software development projects from initiation to delivery and closure

Manage cross‑functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies

Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely resolution of project blockers

Conduct regular status reporting and continuously improve delivery processes using Agile practices
