We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide our software development teams in applying Agile practices and delivering projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and team facilitation, with the ability to remove impediments and drive continuous improvement. A solid technical background and experience in ERP projects, especially within manufacturing environments, will be highly valued.

Technical Skills (Scrum Master–Focused)

• Strong expertise in Agile Scrum framework (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Proficiency in Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, burndown charts, and reporting
• Experience in backlog grooming and user story refinement
• Ability to define and enforce Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
• Knowledge of SDLC processes with emphasis on Agile delivery cycles
• Experience working in hybrid Agile–Waterfall environments
• Familiarity with release planning and sprint forecasting
• Understanding of velocity tracking and team performance metrics
• Ability to manage dependencies, blockers, and impediments
• Strong understanding of UAT coordination and release validation
• Technical background in Laravel and Vue.js (sufficient for understanding tasks, estimating, and guiding team)
• Understanding of API integrations and database systems for coordination with dev team
• Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD processes for tracking deployment progress
• Ability to maintain project and technical documentation (Confluence or similar tools)

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects
• Hands-on experience facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
• Experience managing product backlog and sprint execution
• Strong ability to remove blockers and protect the team from disruptions
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Ability to ensure continuous improvement through retrospectives
• Experience tracking and improving team velocity and delivery performance
• Strong experience in Agile planning, estimation, and prioritization
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (developers, QA, business users)
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories
• Experience in ERP projects, preferably in manufacturing environments
• Strong coordination skills for UAT, releases, and stakeholder feedback loops
• Ability to handle changing requirements and scope management
• Experience ensuring on-time delivery of sprints and project milestones
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for both technical and non-technical teams
