Description

We are looking for an experienced Custom Software Engineer with strong SAP MM Inventory Management expertise to join a dynamic team in Cebu. If you have solid experience in SAP MM and supply chain processes, and you're ready to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment — this role is for you.

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP MM Inventory Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Support and guide team members in project execution
• Contribute to key technical and business decisions
• Analyze and optimize inventory processes for operational efficiency
• Ensure alignment of deliverables with business objectives
• Promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM Inventory Management
• Strong understanding of inventory management processes and best practices
• Experience with SAP modules related to supply chain & logistics
• Ability to analyze and optimize inventory levels
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
• Open to working onsite in Cebu on a shifting schedule
• Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines
