SENIOR ORACLE FINANCE SPECIALIST

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Finance Specialist with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Financials to support finance transformation, ERP implementation, configuration, and business process initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines deep Oracle Financials functional expertise with a strong understanding of accounting principles and end-to-end finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials implementations
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Finance solutions
• Configure and support Oracle Financials modules based on business requirements
• Provide functional expertise across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)
• Support financial reporting, controls, data integrity, and finance operations
• Work with technical teams on Oracle integrations and data migration
• Develop and/or support reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Utilize FBDI (File-Based Data Import) for data loading and migration activities
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and implementation teams
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Oracle Finance processes and solutions

Qualifications

Must Have:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials implementations
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion/Cloud Financials
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations
• Solid experience with R2R, P2P, and Q2C processes
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials configuration
• Experience with FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Working knowledge of Oracle Database/SQL
• Experience supporting global or multi-entity finance environments
• Experience in finance transformation or large-scale ERP implementations
