Role Overview

You will support the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team within the Information Technology Department (ITD) in advancing the organization's business process and integration architecture practice. The role focuses on analyzing, modeling, and improving end-to-end business processes, with a particular emphasis on how core enterprise systems interact and integrate. Your primary mission is to bring clarity to cross-system workflows, identify redundancies, and define a coherent target-state architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Discovery & Mapping: Engage stakeholders to elicit current-state ("as-is") processes. Develop end-to-end process maps and value stream mapping to capture process owners, business rules, KPIs, and participating systems-of-record.
• Integration Architecture Analysis: Document integration touchpoints between core enterprise systems (ERP, HRMS, finance, document management). Map data flows, interface types (APIs, events, batch), and middleware components while identifying integration gaps or dependencies.
• Target-State Design: Define "to-be" process and integration architectures aligned with digital strategy. Recommend process simplification, automation, decoupling, and integration patterns, and develop transition roadmaps.
• Governance & Standards: Contribute to process modeling standards, metadata, and naming conventions, while maintaining artifacts in the EA repository.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in business process architecture, enterprise architecture, or business analysis, with at least three (3) years focused on integration and core-systems landscape analysis in complex, multi-system environments.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in value stream/process mapping, knowledge of ArchiMate or other EA modeling notations, and solid understanding of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, ESB/iPaaS). Hands-on experience with tools like Signavio, ARIS, Bizagi, Sparx, LeanIX, or Visio is required. Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) to drive efficiency is expected.
• Certifications: TOGAF, BPM CBOK, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are highly desirable.
