As a Social Media Specialist at Carl Ocab Digital Marketing Inc., you will be in charge of being the creative brains behind the scenes for our clients. You will envision a strategy that will increase brand awareness and engagement of their audiences and bring them to newer heights. You are going to help businesses turn into the next big thing (with the help of the whole team). You will be able to build your network through our vast array of clients and collaborate with them in turning their goals into a reality. You'll use your extensive knowledge of social media marketing and align it with their objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

• Be the single point person for clients, be their confidant, able to explain to them the ins and outs of what's happening with their campaign.
• Relay the tasks needed to be done to internal team members such as assigning graphics to the design team, copy requests from the writers, and interactive paid advertising to the paid ads team.

Social Media Management:

• Be the creative captain, and steer the social media team in making campaigns that are aligned with the client's goals.
• Develop a social media calendar for clients that will be able to translate the strategy and goals of the client
• Develop and implement strategic campaigns across various online platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X, Linkedin and more.
• Optimize social media pages in order to generate and turn our campaigns into efficient works of art.

Interpret and Evaluate Social Media Reports and Analytics:

• Analyze data to keep track of the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics.
• Be able to explain the results to our client in the simplest way possible.

Excellent Multitasking and Organizational Skills:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met on time.
• Maintain a customer-focused and detail-oriented approach to your work.

Fluency in English (Written and Spoken):

• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and our audience.

• Proven experience in social media management
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Yes, no educational requirements. If you can do the job, you're hired.
• Client management prowess
• Social media savvy, and understanding how this relates to marketing.
• Strong knowledge of online marketing channels and best practices.
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
• A strategic thinker with an understanding of current social media trends.
• Effective time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
