Job Description: The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that align with the company’s marketing objectives. This role oversees all social media platforms to ensure brand consistency, audience growth, and effective engagement. The Social Media Manager also monitors analytics, manages campaigns, and leads the creation of engaging content to drive traffic and conversions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that support brand awareness, engagement, and sales objectives.
• Plan and manage social media calendars, campaigns, and content schedules.
• Identify new opportunities and trends in social media to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

Content Management

• Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, reels, captions, etc.).
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce campaign assets.

 Community Engagement

• Manage and respond to audience interactions across all platforms.
• Foster community growth and brand loyalty by engaging with followers and addressing inquiries or feedback promptly.

Performance Analysis

• Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).
• Use insights to optimize strategies, improve performance, and increase ROI.
• Present monthly reports to management highlighting key performance outcomes.

Team Coordination

• Supervise Social Media Specialists, Content Creators, or Interns.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., KOL, Creative, E-Commerce) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Advertising and Campaigns

• Manage paid social media campaigns and budgets.
• Collaborate with the ads or media team for effective targeting and creative optimization.

Trend Monitoring

• Stay updated on social media best practices, algorithms, and emerging trends.
• Recommend innovative strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.
