岗位职责
1、Aso，通过提高关键词覆盖量，提高app评分等手段提高app下载量和app渠道用户转化；需了解app store, google play排名规则
2、Paid app，通过in-app广告投放提高app渠道用户下载
3、针对app渠道用户，进行精细化运营，如渠道定向活动，用户召回活动等
4、承担app 渠道的growth指标，如new sign up, deposit user等
5、关注竞品动态和行业情况，定期产出竞品调研报告，不断推动和优化运营效果
任职资格：
1、必须有1～3年APP运营经验，熟悉各大应用商店的排名和算法规则，有通过ASO，APP付费投放带来用户增长案例
2、对互联网金融或区块链行业有一定经验和认知
3、中英韩三语中，其中有2个语言流利加分
