- 负责小红书、TikTok、WX视频号、WX公众号等矩阵账号的日常运营与内容规划
- 持续带有钩子的阅读性强的内容，提升账号曝光与精准流量
- 分析数据、优化内容策略，配合整体引流目标
- 与团队协作，保障流量稳定导入后续服务环节
我们希望你
- 从0-1或者拿到过流量或者用户的结果，不限于小红书 / X / 视频号 / 公众号 / B站 / 微博等公域流量的账号
- 有小红书/TikTok/短视频平台运营经验，熟悉平台规则与流量逻辑，以及具备一定的加密相关内容的防封意识
- 内容敏感度高，网感好，能独立策划与执行账号内容
- 对美股加密货币或金融类内容有一定了解更佳，加分（可培养）
- 执行力强，数据导向，擅长复盘+能持续迭代优化
- 熟用AI工具，产出效率高
