We are looking to hire two passionate and experienced Key Account Managers to join our team, focusing on managing and growing key accounts in the Philippine market. As a Key Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, drive business growth in the local market, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. You will work closely with management and clients to develop and execute strategic plans that help our clients achieve their objectives while driving sustainable revenue for the company.

• Manage key accounts on a daily basis, ensuring timely responses to client needs and resolving issues effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through regular visits and communication.
• Understand client requirements in-depth and offer tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to provide business improvement suggestions.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth execution of projects and resolve any client concerns or challenges.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing adjustments to maximize company profitability.
• Prepare regular reports to track key account sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Participate n the development of marketing and sales strategies to drive new client acquisition.

• With experience in managing or operating social media apps or related live streaming/voice chat/1v1/gaming app is a plus (eg. live, sugo ,voya、siya、chamet、popup)
• Customer-centric mindset, capable of offering innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of client organization
