We're looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and grow our brand across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate is up to date with the latest digital trends, has excellent content planning skills, and can create engaging campaigns that drive audience growth and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Plan and oversee content calendars, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, viral content, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to produce high-quality content.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
• Build and maintain a positive online community while ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and current digital trends.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
