• Support in developing media plans aligned with client objectives and budgets.

• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization

across platforms.

• Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery against agreed targets (reach, engagement,

conversions, ROAS, etc.)

• Guide and mentor Media Specialists and Analysts on campaign setup, optimization, and

reporting best practices.

• Review outputs before submission to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Prepare insightful reports and presentations that go beyond numbers and highlight

strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Have strong hands-on experience with:

o Social Media Advertising Tools (TikTok Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

o Google Ads

o Programmatic Advertising Platforms and DSPs

o Google Analytics

o Data and Insights Platforms

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Have experience mentoring or guiding junior team members

• Can balance performance delivery with people leadership

• Communicate clearly and confidently with both clients and internal teams

• Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines

• Open to work onsite if needed, with flexibility to work remotely
