As a Social Media Manager you will be in-charge of the following:

• design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies in various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and the likes.
• manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
• monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms 
• identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns
• encourage collaboration among other departments.
• Utilize the company’s handicraft products in promoting Philippine’s traditional crafts.

• Tools such as DSLR Camera and computer will be provided. Editing tools needed will be provided upon request.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Multimedia Arts, or any related courses.

Additional requirements:

Submit at least two (2) publication materials and at least one (1) video edit advertisement (can be an IG reel or TikTok video) with at least 15 seconds duration
