- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify industry and social media platform trends.
- Develop content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Write compelling captions for social media posts and advertisements.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Track and report on campaign results.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on performance.
- Utilize social media analytics tools and reporting platforms.
- Adapt social media strategies to reflect changes in the digital landscape.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments.
- Work with designers and video editors to create visual content.
- Skill Requirements:
- Social Media Admin, Specialist or Manager previously preferably from a vaping company.
- Experience of creating a social media marketing plan that builds awareness and drives leads/awareness.
- Excellent understanding of the social media platforms and restrictions of vaping as part of the community guidelines.
- Broad experience across online marketing channels.
- SEO or social media ads experience/knowledge.
