我们是 S&O Labs，一个正在做全球市场的科技与 wellness 品牌。
首款产品 SoClip Pebble 是一款开放式耳夹设备，结合声音内容与 mood-based flow，帮助用户在通勤、工作间隙、运动后和睡前，更轻松地完成一次日常 Reset。
现在想找一位真正懂海外社交媒体和达人内容的人，一起从 0 到 1 搭建海外 Creator Marketing。
你会负责：
- 在 TikTok、Instagram、YouTube 找到适合品牌的海外达人；
- 完成建联、寄样、报价、议价、排期和发布跟进；
- 根据不同达人制定内容角度和 Brief；
- 判断内容是否真实、自然、有传播可能；
- 跟踪播放、互动、点击、折扣码和销售转化；
- 逐渐建立属于品牌自己的海外 Creator Network。
我们希望你：
- 有海外达人营销或海外社交媒体经验；
- 英文可以完成日常沟通和邮件往来；
- 真正长期使用 TikTok、Instagram、YouTube；
- 不只会看粉丝量，能判断内容、审美和人群是否匹配；
- 执行力强，能处理创业公司里很多细碎但重要的事情；
- 对科技、wellness、fitness、fashion、lifestyle 内容有兴趣。
有消费电子、AI App、DTC、Affiliate 或海外市场经验会加分。
这是一个需要策略，也需要亲自落地的岗位。不是只写方案，也不是批量发私信。
