QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in community development, cooperative operations, membership services, training coordination, or project implementation is an advantage
• Experience working in a cooperative or similar organization is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of social development programs and activities of the cooperative
• Coordinate seminars, trainings, orientations, and community-based initiatives
• Provide administrative and logistical support during program activities and events
• Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, attendance records, and program evalution
• Help ensure compliance with cooperative policies, CDA regulations, and organizational guidelines
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor or Managements
