Core Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Scheduling: Write engaging copy, take photos or short-form videos, and use design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) to create visual assets. Schedule posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Community Engagement: Act as the voice of the brand by responding to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor daily social media metrics (likes, shares, engagement rate) and prepare weekly or monthly reports to determine campaign success.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on algorithm changes, new features, and viral trends to suggest fresh, relevant content ideas.
• Brand Protection: Monitor online activity for unauthorized brand usage, fake accounts, or scam pages

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience managing social media accounts or digital marketing campaigns. Strong portfolios from fresh graduates or relevant internship experiences are also highly valued.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic photo/video editing.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and a creative, adaptable mindset.
