Job Qualifications

• With at least 1 to 2 years of experience in handling KOLs, Celebrities, Influencer Management

• Excellent with KOL Strategies

• Knowledge of consumer and technology marketing. Can adapt to fast-paced tech industry movement

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to pitch to KOLs/ Influencers rates and scope of work.

• Ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks.

• Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.

• Responds well under pressure with strict time limit

Job Description

• Develop and execute large-scale influencer campaigns, from concept to performance analysis, driving brand impact.

• Identify, vet, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers (micro to macro/celebrity), managing contracts and ensuring brand alignment.

• Oversee content co-creation, ensuring authentic brand messaging across social platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

• Track key metrics (ROI, engagement, reach) and report on campaign success to stakeholders.

• Work with internal brand/marketing teams and external agencies to meet project needs and set expectations.
